The Vespa has evolved from a single model manufactured in 1946 by Piaggio & Co to a full line of scooters. From their inception, Vespa scooters have been known for their painted, pressed steel unibody which combines a complete cowling for the engine, a flat floorboard, and a prominent front fairing.

SYM scooters are produced by Taiwan-based Sanyang Motor, founded in 1954. Starting with bicycle lights, they partnered with Honda in 1962 to become Taiwan’s first motorcycle manufacturer. Since the partnership ended in 2002, SYM has grown into a global powerhouse, producing scooters renowned for their affordability and tech.

Founded in Taiwan in 1964 as one of the region’s pioneering two-wheel manufacturers. The brand’s foundational growth took a massive leap forward through a decade-long technical collaboration with the iconic Italian manufacturer Piaggio, spanning from 1972 to 1982. This critical partnership provided PGO with European design sensibilities and advanced engineering practices.
